Message in a Bottle is about a single mother, Theresa Osborne, who finds a bottle washed along the shores, with a message inside. When she read the letter, it brought tears in her eyes. Her curiosity about the romantic author brought her to finding the author and finally meeting him.
I personally love this book. It was well written with the story line being amazing, it's a complete set. It's obvious that Nicholas Sparks is behind the novel as he shows his romantic and skillful narration, something we can all learn from, with his use of punctuation and vocabulary (which Ms Dolton urges us to use). I think what I enjoyed the most is the stuff that Nicholas Sparks writes about love that makes you go "aww" kind of thing..
"Someday you'll find someone special again. People who've been in love once usually do. It's in their nature."Some of the things however, I read it and laugh because it's so cheesy, like the kind of things you see on tumblr nowadays. And this is why I enjoyed it because it was written in 1996 but is still the kind of thing people currently think about and wish for it to come true, not that I'm saying I think of stuff like that but people will relate to it.
It made me cry... So yeah it's a pretty good book. I'd recommend this book to someone mature because there are not-for-younger-readers scenes.

Well done a very niceblog.
ReplyDeleteWWW: I liked how you described the book in detail but not too much so that you told the whole plot.
EBI: maybe you couldadd some comments from other people. Try and add some negative points to balance it out more.
Well done. Georgia xxx
